-
Q: Are you local to San Antonio?
A: Yes! We live and work in San Antonio, and we’ve been managing properties and providing real estate services here for many years. We combined our services with the HomeRiver Group brand so we could increase our level of service and streamline our processes. We have partnered with some of the leading property management companies in the nation. We’re part of a national brand, but your leasing agents and property managers will be right here in San Antonio.
-
Q: Do I really need a San Antonio property manager, or can I manage on my own?
A: Self-management can work well for people with the time and the knowledge to do it effectively. Remember that we’re only a phone call away if you have questions or run into problems while self-managing. But if you work full time or have a family and passions that take up most of your time and energy, you can benefit from professional management. We know the laws, understand the leasing process, and have relationships with vendors that keep your maintenance costs low.
-
Q: What kinds of properties do you manage?
A: We manage residential single family homes and multi-family buildings.
-
Q: What happens if my tenants don’t pay rent?
A: Our exhaustive screening process ensures we only place tenants with a history of responsible rental payments. However, if rent is late or unpaid, we have a process in place to collect the overdue payment as well as late fees. If a tenant is unable to come up with the rent, we will begin the eviction process.
-
Q: I want to sell my property in a few years. How can I be sure it will be in good shape?
A: Regular property reviews, preventative maintenance, and excellent tenant relationships protect the condition of your property throughout the life of a tenancy. We work with expert maintenance professionals who handle repairs immediately and conduct servicing and property reviews to ensure deferred maintenance doesn’t become a problem. When it’s time to sell, you’ll have a home that earns top dollar.
-
Q: Are you property managers or brokers?
A: Both! We can help you buy property, sell property, and manage your existing investments. We also manage construction projects and rehabs.
